Ranked list will remain in force for a minimum of 1 year and up to a maximum of 3 years.

Apply to only one district. Applying to multiple districts will result in removal from ranked list and disciplinary action.

Candidates appointed in Idukki, Wayanad, and Kasaragod districts will not be eligible for working arrangement, deputation, or transfer for at least 10 years.

Candidates already in government service in the same post in any district are prohibited from applying again for this post.

Transfer to another district is allowed only after completing 5 years of continuous service in the district of appointment.
