Essential Qualification (Mandatory)
Masters Degree in Home Science or Social Work or Sociology or Psychology from a recognised University

Preferential Qualification (Advantage)
Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work recognised by Government of India or Government of Keralaℹ️ Degrees from UGC-approved Universities or Universities established through Parliament/State Legislature Acts are acceptable.

📅 Born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2001 (both dates inclusive)
✅ Age Relaxation: Available for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Communities as per Kerala PSC rules. Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years in any case.

Training & Probation

3 Months Mandatory Training
Candidates appointed by direct recruitment shall undergo a 3-month training programme as issued by the Director of Women and Child Development. Training period counts for all service benefits.

From the date of joining duty, every appointee shall be on probation for 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
