✅ Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Age Range:
18 – 36 years
Eligible Candidates:
Born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)
Age Relaxation:
- OBC, SC/ST, and Widows are eligible for usual age relaxation
- Provisional hands working in the concern get age relaxation up to their provisional service period (maximum 5 years)
- Regular employees are not eligible for age concession
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Pass in Standard VII or equivalent
- Additional Requirement: Knowledge of Cycling (Women and DA candidates exempted)
Important Notes:
- Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable
- Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce relevant Government Order
- In case of caste/community difference between application and SSLC, Gazette notification required

- One Time Registration: Register if you’re a new user, or login with existing credentials
- Add Aadhar: Candidates with Aadhar card should add it as ID proof in their profile
- Upload Photo: Photo should be taken after 31.12.2011 with name and date printed at the bottom
- Click Apply Now: Find the notification and click on ‘Apply Now’ button
- Fill Application: Complete all required fields accurately
- Final Submission: Review and submit the application
- Save/Print: Take a printout or save soft copy for future reference
Application Fee: No application fee required
Important Instructions:
- Application once submitted cannot be deleted or altered
- Ensure all information is correct before final submission
- Keep your User ID for future communication
- Original documents must be produced when called for verification
✍️ Examination Confirmation
- Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile
- Only confirmed candidates can download Admission Tickets in the last 15 days before exam
- Applications without confirmation will be rejected absolutely
- Confirmation period will be published in the Examination Calendar
- Notifications will be sent to registered mobile number and profile
Warning: Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976 will be initiated against candidates making bogus claims of qualification/experience, regardless of examination attendance.
📋 Rank List Validity
- Minimum Period: 1 year
- Maximum Period: 3 years
- The list remains valid until publication of new list after minimum 1 year or expiry of 3 years, whichever is earlier
- Candidates will be advised for vacancies reported during the currency period
